Privacy

ORCAN Technologies (“ORCAN”, “we”) is based in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. We handle personal information in line with the principles of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us by email, for example your name, organization, role, email address and message. Requests sent through the briefing form are delivered to our inbox by our form provider, Web3Forms; this website itself does not store them.

How we use it

To reply to you, arrange briefings and keep a record of our conversations. We never sell or rent personal information, and we only share it with service providers who help us operate (such as our email provider), under confidentiality obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to contact@orcan.ca.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and reliability.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or third-party trackers. Our fonts and images are served from our own website, so your visit is not shared with outside services.

Terms of use

The information on this website is provided for general information. Laurentide, Arrow 105 and Passage N74 are in development; features and timelines described here may change. Nothing on this site is an offer or a commitment to supply.
